Our returns policy is as follows:
UK only:  Items damaged on receipt: we will refund in full and pay for return postage.
If you change your mind: goods must be returned at customer's expense within 14 days, in unused condition.  However, the hand-made cues in The Cue Doctor range are altered to your specification so are non-returnable.

Overseas: items are only returnable if damaged on receipt.
